IANIA.AI exists to close a specific gap: the distance between AI ambition and real, governed implementation. Most organizations can run a pilot; few can turn it into a system connected to their data, processes and decisions. We were built to do exactly that: to design, build and govern production-grade AI, from the first experiment to agentic operations, governed and measured.
We work at the intersection of enterprise architecture, data platforms, agentic systems, governance and capability building. Our approach is vendor-neutral and hands-on: we connect strategy to architecture, architecture to delivery, and delivery to measurable value. We are optimistic about AI, and pragmatic about implementation.
Our work is grounded in two decades of enterprise technology, data and AI practice — across financial services, health and longevity, venture capital, legal, public sector and industry — and in active academic engagement with Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo (Poli-USP) and IBMEC. That combination — production experience plus academic rigor — is how we bridge strategy and execution.
